Few fields, no commitment, no exclusivity, under confidentiality. We assess the municipality and the site context and revert within 48 hours.

How it works, in four steps

Submit your land

Few fields. No commitment, no exclusivity, under confidentiality.

Response within 48 hours

We assess the municipality and site context and state clearly whether there is interest. If there is not, we explain why.

Meeting with the partners

A direct conversation about the parcel, the municipality and what the ownership group needs from the transaction.

Diagnosis and next steps

A structured reading of the parcel's vocation and the partnership structure available.

Tell us about the land.

More context sharpens our answer, but name, contact details and municipality are enough to begin.

Leave blank if you prefer. We cover the rest in conversation.

No cost. No exclusivity. Under confidentiality.
We revert within 48 business hours, including when the answer is no. Your data is not shared with third parties and your land is not circulated in the market.

Why we ask so little

Because most of what determines viability sits in the municipality, not in the form. The city name and state already allow us to assess population growth, household formation, expansion vectors, lot inventory and approval capacity.

Title, topography and ownership context follow in conversation, once we know whether it is worth taking your time.

Before you submit

Is there any cost or commitment?

No. Submission, initial assessment and diagnosis carry no cost to the landowner, no commitment and no exclusivity.

Do you purchase land outright?

Our core model is partnership, under which the landowner participates in the development rather than selling raw land. Outright acquisition exists but is the exception.

What if the property is held in an estate or by multiple co-owners?

Neither is an impediment. A significant share of Brazilian land with urban vocation sits in probate, family co-ownership or unconcluded partition. We map the title position from the outset and structure so that the partnership and the succession process advance in parallel.

How quickly do you respond?

Within 48 business hours, with a clear position on interest. Where there is no interest, we explain why.

How is our information handled?

Solely to assess the parcel and revert to you. We do not share data with third parties and we do not circulate your land in the market. All assessment is conducted under confidentiality.
