Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, how we use it and what your rights are under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
What we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the land submission form: name, email, mobile number, municipality, state and the optional description of the land. We also record the date and time of submission.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party profiling. If audience measurement tools are enabled in future, this policy will be updated before any collection begins.
How we use it
- To assess the submitted land parcel and the corresponding municipality.
- To contact you with our assessment and, where there is mutual interest, to continue the conversation.
- To maintain an internal record of the submission.
The legal bases are your consent, collected in the form itself, and legitimate interest for the commercial contact arising from your request.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties, and we do not disclose the existence or location of your land in the market. Internal access is restricted to those involved in the assessment. Data may be shared with technical providers essential to operating the website and email, limited to that purpose and bound by confidentiality, or where required by law or judicial order.
Retention
We retain data while the relationship or mutual interest in the submitted land subsists. Once interest ends, we retain records for up to five years for evidentiary purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
- Confirm processing and access your data.
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Exercising your rights
Write to terrenistas@fronteiras.com.br with the subject "LGPD". We respond within 15 days.
Security
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or improper alteration, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to submission records.
Updates
This policy may be revised. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
